Students at WCIS have access to a variety of technology resources. WCIS increased the student's acess of techonology by purchasing chrome books and Ipads!
The White County Intermediate School Chorus is a singing ensemble made up of over 70 Third, Fourth, and Fifth grade students from WCIS. WCIS Chorus traveled down to Orlando, Florida to perform at Universal Studios.
The Jr. Beta Club recognizes high academic achievement, promotes character and social responsibility, encourages service involvement to school and community, fosters leadership skills, and provides settings for students to develop interpersonal relationship skills. Beta Club helped sponsor a coat drive.
The White County Kiwanis Club sponsors an elementary-level club called "K-Kids." These students meet frequently to plan projects that improve our school and community. For example, K-Kids helped to organize a can food drive this fall to assist the White County Food Pantry.
